Ram Pipe v2.0 Mold

Here is a render of v2.0 as modeled. This version contains extra material on the carb side so its length can be adjusted to suit space requirements.
This next image is one of the anticipated final length as installed. there is roughly 4.5" clearance from the face of the carb to the wheel well. I'm hoping the full radius can be achieved by rolling the fiberglass back over a piece of clear fuel tubing. This full radius has been tested to make a significant difference in the flow simulations. Below is a rendered cross section of the model I am testing.

Below is an image of the stuff I used to create v1.0 The original mold is the smaller glossy one, version 2.0 was made to a template from a section. Fiberglass tape was 4" wide and 2 yards long. What you see is what was left after two ram pipes.
v1.0 Mold vs v2.0 note the more gentle radius and larger outlet diameter.
Template used to create the mold. Tough to get a good shot.
Drawing cutaways to make the template. I printed a sectioned view at 1:1 scale and then just cut it out. Simple and accurate enough.
