This version was built and fitted to the car, although with a bit more than the 10deg pictured here. The local supply had a Z bend rad hose which fit perfectly in the more angled design. The two were combined and the result seems to be a good fit. The real test will be the drive to work. Pictures to follow.
I am very pleased with how the cooler mounted up in the final product. the hoses fit nicely and don't touch anything bar the fittings.
