I have been meaning to replace the rusted out exhaust can with a slightly louder exhaust. Something to make sure people know I'm there on the highway, but not something so loud as to annoy all my neighbors. I decided to go with a Canadian Tire special 2" Cherry Bomb Glass Pack muffler, and keep my resonator in the system. I would like to remove the rear mount somehow, I am thinking of welding a bung on the top of the muffle to mount it instead.
So far I like the sound, although it is a little loud when idling, the sounds while driving is about on par with what I expected. Next mission is cleaning out the garage again.
