Quite smooth on the inlet side
Ridges on the outlet side at the end of the steel allignment inserts
The alignment inserts.
Plan for manifold modifications:
- Port match to carbs, -Reduce flow restrictions
- Expand and debur at alignment inserts, -Reduce flow restrictions
- Tapper/sharpen end of inserts, - Reduce turbulance inside port
- Block off vaccuum port on balance bar, - Going to run the crankcase vent to front of carbs similar to current setup
