I had to train it back to Oshawa so I was unable to bring the motor for obvious reasons, but i brought a smaller project to keep myself busy. I'm building a set of S.U.'s from the parts from 4. Two of which have to much spindle wear on the bodies, one the piston is seized into the suction chamber, of of the float chambers has all the screws broken off in it,
Found the S.U. Carburetter manual online at http://www.1978mgmidget.com/Tuning_SU_Carbs.pdfThe parts.... duh duh duuuuuuuuuuuuh.....
Plunger assembly with standard AN needles.
First Carburetter Body before cleaning.
Cleaned up a bit.
