The first version of the cooler mount was temporarily installed tonight. Made from from a sheet of aluminum and a full size pattern as modelled in solidworks. Originally it was supposed to go the other way round and fit nicely between the frame rails, BUT the hoses will not connect from the top. Tomorrow I will pick up the 1-1/2" hole saw from work so I can mount the cowl the other way round and still have the hoses enter from the bottum.

As you can see the plan was to tilt the rad forwards 30deg to allow for an electric fan to be installed and for easier access to the motor. However this will not work because the lines exit the cooler from the top.
